General information on shipping:

On which days do we ship:
We ship Monday to Friday, except on public holidays in the Federal Republic of Germany and/or public holidays in the (federal) state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Shipping service provider:
We only use German Post / DHL / DHL Express (express shipping only on request). The selection is determined by weight and item. Shipping is only with tracking.

Express shipping:
We offer optional express shipping on request. Payment methods available: PayPal, credit card, Amazon Pay

Shipping services:
As mentioned above, our packages are only sent with tracking and transport insurance. This means that the package can be tracked by the respective shipping service provider.

Delivery time: All items are shipped from Germany, so all items have the same delivery time. Orders with multiple items are usually delivered in one package.

The delivery times are usually as follows (if there are no strikes or other problems with the shipping company).

Estimated delivery times EU are:

• Precision Build (custom painted): Standard Production delivered to your door in 5–6 business weeks, Express Production in 3–4 business weeks
• EU Stock items: delivered in 2–4 business days

Production, quality check and delivery are included in these times.

All EU countries.

If the item you purchased is not available or there are any other delays, you will be contacted immediately by our service team.

Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.

Deliveries within the EU: no customs duties for you. Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Norway): import duties may apply.

The following payment methods are available, but please note that they are not available in all countries.

After completing the purchase, we ask you to transfer the amount to us within 7 days. If the amount is not transferred to us within this time, the order will be automatically canceled.

   • Please always state your order number as the intended purpose.
     (If you have not received your order number from the online shop, our customer service will send you a link that you must provide)
   • Make a separate transfer for each order - bulk transfers for multiple orders cannot be assigned automatically, so it will take longer for your order to arrive!
   • Transfers from foreign bank accounts: Transfers from foreign (= non-German) bank accounts may incur fees that you will incur. In order to carry out the transfer correctly, you must select OUR commission settings! We recommend switching to SEPA.
   
   Accidentally ordered something wrong? After this time, we may still be able to adjust prepaid orders, as orders are not shipped until payment is received.
   
   
2. PayPal

   Sign up for PayPal or use your existing PayPal account and pay for your order with us quickly and securely. If the payment is successful, we will immediately receive a payment confirmation from PayPal and can process your order immediately. You can pay with us easily and securely via PayPal. During the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either log in as a guest or create a PayPal account and confirm your payment. Once the process is complete, you will be redirected to our shop page to complete the ordering process. NOTE: Payment via PayPal is also possible afterwards to our PayPal account. 3. Credit card via PayPal Plus
   Availability: worldwide, the respective card systems vary by country

   The invoice amount will be debited from your PayPal credit card. You do NOT need a PayPal account for this payment method.

   The invoice amount will be debited from your German bank account You do NOT need a PayPal account for this payment method.
5. Purchase on account via PayPal Plus

   Your order will be shipped as soon as it is completed. After placing your order, you have 30 days to transfer the invoice amount to PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account.
   Please note that PayPal only provides payment services after a short verification. If you are not approved for this payment method, please try another payment method. With this payment method, the order cannot be changed afterwards. We cannot include free items or gifts with this payment method.

We usually ship as soon as possible after receiving payment, but depending on the size of your order, your order ships as soon as it passes final quality inspection. Please wait this period before contacting our customer service regarding delivery.

REFUND: We always refund via the original payment method used - if this is not technically possible in individual cases, we will contact you.
