1) Scope and Categories

Custom-made products (individually painted or customized fairings): no right of withdrawal (Art. 16 Directive 2011/83/EU; § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

Standard products: 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt.

Statutory warranty: 24 months for all consumer orders; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

2) Right of Withdrawal (Standard Products Only)

How to exercise your 14-day withdrawal right:

• Notification to support@eurofairings.eu (informal or via model form).
• Return goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (Art. 246a § 1 (2) EGBGB / § 357 (6) BGB).
• Refund: purchase price incl. standard outbound shipping refunded within 14 days after goods are received/inspected, to the same payment method.

Notes:

• Original packaging is not mandatory, but recommended.
• Please pack securely and use a trackable service.

3) Return / Defect (All Products, incl. Custom)

If goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Open a ticket/email to support@eurofairings.eu with order number, description, photos.
• Review within 2–3 business days.
• Solution: replacement parts, full replacement, or other statutory remedies.
• Costs: confirmed defects → we cover return shipping and deliver the replacement free of charge.

4) Fitment Guarantee (Voluntary, 24 Months)

Valid only if installation is carried out by a professional motorcycle workshop.

• Proof: workshop invoice including bike details, date, and scope of work.
• Coverage: free replacement parts or correction for fitment issues.
• Exclusions: improper installation, modifications, racing/heat damage, wear & tear.

5) UV-Paint Guarantee (Voluntary, 36 Months)

Covers unusual fading of paintwork under normal use.

• Condition: we may require an independent expert opinion (e.g., TÜV).
• Expert cost: borne by the customer.
• Remedy: repainting or replacement part of equal quality/value.
• Exclusions: chemical cleaners, solvents, stone chips, accidents, improper care, extreme UV exposure beyond normal riding.

6) Delivery / Transport Damage

• Inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery.
• Note visible damage with the carrier upon receipt.
• Report to support@eurofairings.eu with photos without delay.
• Late or undocumented claims may not be accepted.

7) Shipping & Returns

• Withdrawal (standard products): customer pays return shipping; we recommend tracked shipping.
• Defect/incorrect items: we organize or reimburse return shipping.
• Outbound shipping costs are refundable in withdrawal cases up to the standard rate; express surcharges are excluded.

8) Processing & Timing

• Claim handling: 2–3 business days.
• Refunds: within 14 business days after goods received/inspected, via the original payment method.

9) Clarifications

• OEM color deviations: no guarantee for OEM color matching on custom work.
• Original packaging: recommended, but not required.
• Accessories: please remove non-original add-ons before return; we do not assume liability.
