1. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
Processing times vary depending on the season and production workload.
Standard Production is delivered to your door in 5 to 6 business weeks, Express Production in 3 to 4.
Faster turnaround is not possible due to the required drying and curing phases of the paint process.
For EU-Stock items, processing is significantly faster. Our German paint facility uses alternative paint systems with quicker drying times, enabling shorter delivery periods within the EU.
Do you deliver to Cyprus, Malta, Ireland and the EU islands?
Yes. We deliver to Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, the Balearic Islands, Crete, the Greek islands, the Azores and Madeira under the same conditions as mainland Europe. Your kit is dispatched from Germany with DHL, FedEx or UPS and handed over to your local delivery service for the final delivery. The only area we are unable to serve is Northern Cyprus.
Will I pay customs duties or import charges?
No. Your order is dispatched from Germany and stays within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges apply. All prices include 19% VAT, and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount.
2. How high is the quality of your kits?
Our fairings are made from high-quality materials known for their durability and longevity. We use materials that are temperature-resistant and UV-protected to ensure that the fairings maintain their color intensity and functionality over time. Our products undergo strict quality control before being released for sale.
3. How do I install the fairings?
Installation varies depending on the specific product. With basic knowledge it is possible, but due to liability we recommend having the installation performed by a professional to ensure that everything is mounted correctly and safely. If you need additional assistance, our customer service team is available to help.
4. Are there special care instructions for the fairings?
Yes, to maximize the lifespan of your fairings, we recommend cleaning them regularly with mild detergents and soft cloths. Avoid harsh chemicals and strong cleaning agents, as these can damage the surface of the fairings. Additionally, protect the fairings from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to preserve color intensity.
5. Can I get the fairings in other colors or designs?
Yes, all of our fairings are available in various colors, and we also offer custom designs. Please contact us for specific requests or inquiries so that we can provide a suitable solution.
6. What should I do if my fairing arrives damaged?
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the fairing is damaged, contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging for any potential returns.
7. Is there a warranty on the fairings?
Yes, our fairings come with a warranty that may vary by product. Typically, we offer a warranty of 24 months against material and workmanship defects. You can find the exact warranty conditions on the respective product page or in the accompanying documentation.
8. What is the difference between original and aftermarket parts?
Original parts are manufactured directly by the manufacturer and guarantee an exact fit and quality. Aftermarket parts can provide a cost-effective alternative and often offer comparable or even improved features. We recommend reading the product descriptions carefully to make the best choice for your needs.
9. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Select the desired products, add them to your cart, and follow the instructions for payment. If you have any questions or issues, our customer service team is always available to assist.
10. Does my kit come with a tank cover?
A tank cover is part of our Complete Plus package. With the standard kit it is not included.
Not every motorcycle uses one. If you are unsure whether your bike uses a tank cover, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it for your model.
11. Why do some photos not show every part?
Our photos show the main panels so you can judge the design and the color finish. Smaller mounted parts such as air ducts, lower rear panels or side panels differ from model to model and are not always photographed separately.
This does not change what you receive. Parts that belong to the complete kit for your model are supplied even when they are not pictured. If you need the exact part list for your bike, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it.
12. What happens if my delivery is late?
Every order is covered by our On-Time Delivery Promise. The delivery window for your kit is stated in your order confirmation. If your order arrives more than 24 hours after that window, you receive a full shipping refund.
