Shipment:

Depending on your destination, your kit either travels straight to you on a premium lane or runs through our German hub first. Both routes are ours. We ship with DHL, FedEx or UPS and hand over to your local delivery service for the final delivery. Shipping is free.

Deliveries to the islands:

We deliver to Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, the Balearic Islands, Crete, the Greek islands, the Azores and Madeira under the same conditions as mainland Europe. The only area we are unable to serve is Northern Cyprus.

Customs and import charges:

Duty, import charges and VAT are prepaid by us before your kit leaves, so nothing is due on arrival: no bill from the carrier, no customs office, no payment at the door. All prices include 19% VAT, and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount.

On which days do we ship:
We ship Monday to Friday, except on public holidays in the Federal Republic of Germany and/or public holidays in the (federal) state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Shipping service provider:
Every order ships on a route we control, with DHL, FedEx or UPS, handed over to your local delivery service for the final delivery. The selection is determined by weight and item. Shipping is only with tracking.

Express shipping:
We offer optional express shipping on request. It is paid for with the same payment methods as any other order, shown to you at checkout.

Shipping services:
As mentioned above, our packages are only sent with tracking and transport insurance. This means that the package can be tracked by the respective shipping service provider.

Delivery time: All items ship on routes we control, so all items have the same delivery time. Orders with multiple items are usually delivered in one package.

The delivery times are usually as follows (if there are no strikes or other problems with the shipping company).

Estimated delivery times EU are:

• Precision Build (custom painted): Standard Production delivered to your door in 5 to 6 business weeks, Express Production in 3 to 4 business weeks
• EU Stock items: delivered in 2 to 4 business days

Production, quality check and delivery are included in these times.

If the item you purchased is not available or there are any other delays, you will be contacted immediately by our service team.

Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.

Payment:

All payments are taken at checkout and are processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Not every method is available in every country, so the selection you see at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

   During the ordering process you are redirected to PayPal and can pay with your PayPal account or as a guest. As soon as PayPal confirms the payment we can process your order immediately.
2. Credit and debit card
   Availability: worldwide, the accepted card systems vary by country

   Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay, processed securely through Shopify Payments. You do not need a PayPal or any other account for this payment method.
3. Klarna
   Availability: selected countries
   Fees: none from us
   
   Pay later or in instalments. Klarna decides on the approval and shows the exact terms during checkout.
4. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
   Availability: depending on your device and browser
   Fees: none
   
   One tap checkout with the card already stored on your device or in your Shop account.

   Bancontact, iDEAL Wero, EPS, BLIK and MobilePay appear at checkout in the countries where they are supported.

We do not offer bank transfer, prepayment, purchase on account, direct debit or Amazon Pay. Please do not send money to us directly, always pay through checkout.

We usually ship as soon as possible after receiving payment, but depending on the size of your order, your order ships as soon as it passes final quality inspection. Please wait this period before contacting our customer service regarding delivery.
