Fairings are moulded and painted in Asia by the plants we work with, to our specs and under our quality checks. That is how the industry works. The difference is who controls what happens next.
How it gets to you
Depending on where you ride, your kit either travels straight to you on a premium lane, or it runs through our German hub first. Both routes are ours. We decide per destination which one puts the kit at your door faster and safer.
What you pay
Nothing on arrival. Duty, import charges and VAT are prepaid by us before the kit ever leaves. The price you saw at checkout is the price. No bill from the carrier, no customs office, no surprise at the door.
How it arrives
Handed to you at your address. Not a pickup station, not a locker, not a card through the letterbox.
How long
Standard build, 5 to 6 business weeks to your door. Express build, 3 to 4 business weeks. EU Stock kits leave immediately and reach you within a few business days.
Deliveries to the islands
We deliver to Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, the Balearic Islands, Crete, the Greek islands, the Azores and Madeira under the same conditions as mainland Europe. The only area we are unable to serve is Northern Cyprus.
We steer the routes and we control the supply chain behind them. Delivery here is not luck and it is not hope. We do not send and hope.
Tank cover: included in the Complete Plus package. Photos show the main panels. Depending on the model, parts such as air ducts or lower rear panels are not pictured separately but belong to the complete kit. Ask us if you need the exact part list for your bike.

Customs and import charges:
Duty, import charges and VAT are prepaid by us before your kit leaves, so nothing is due on arrival: no bill from the carrier, no customs office, no payment at the door. All prices include 19% VAT, and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount.

We ship Monday to Friday, except on public holidays in the Federal Republic of Germany and/or public holidays in the (federal) state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Shipping service provider:
Every order ships on a route we control, with DHL, FedEx or UPS, handed over to your local delivery service for the final delivery. The selection is determined by weight and item. Shipping is only with tracking.
Express shipping:
We offer optional express shipping on request. It is paid for with the same payment methods as any other order, shown to you at checkout.
Shipping services:
As mentioned above, our packages are only sent with tracking and transport insurance. This means that the package can be tracked by the respective shipping service provider.
Delivery time: All items ship on routes we control, so all items have the same delivery time. Orders with multiple items are usually delivered in one package.
The delivery times are usually as follows (if there are no strikes or other problems with the shipping company).

Will it fit my bike?
Yes. Every kit is injection-moulded ABS with OEM-level alignment, made for your exact model and year. Fitment is confirmed before production.
How long does delivery take?
Custom painted kits arrive in 5 to 6 weeks, with Express in 3 to 4 weeks. Shipped from Germany with DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Do I pay customs inside the EU?
EU orders ship from Germany, so there are no customs duties or import charges and prices include 19% VAT. Special-status territories such as the Canary Islands or Ceuta can differ.
Can I customize the design?
Yes. Choose a factory look or your own livery, logos and colors. Select the Custom Design option and send us your idea via cart note or email.
