Shipping Information
National & International Delivery:
We offer free shipping for all orders within Germany through DHL National and for all international customers via DHL International. However, we do not ship to small islands.
Shipping Schedule & Method:
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany and North Rhine-Westphalia. Our shipping partners include German Post / DHL / DHL Express (express available only upon request). All shipments include tracking and are protected with transport insurance.
Delivery Times & Express Shipping:
Express shipping is optional and available upon request. All packages are shipped from Germany and usually consolidated into one parcel for multi-item orders.

⚠ Shipping is only done after full payment is received, and the buyer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Payment Options
Prepayment (EU only):
After purchase, payment must be made within 7 days. Always mention your order number in the payment reference. Separate transfers for each order are required.
Foreign bank transfers must use OUR commission settings, and SEPA is recommended to avoid delays. Orders can be adjusted before payment, but not after shipping.
PayPal (Worldwide):
No fees. Payment is secure and instant. You’ll be redirected to PayPal during checkout. If needed, payment can also be made directly via PayPal to: support@eurofairings.eu . Be sure to select "Goods and Services" when sending.
Credit Card via PayPal Plus (Worldwide):
No PayPal account is required. Your card is processed securely via PayPal’s payment system.
Direct Debit via PayPal Plus (Germany only):
No fees. Payment is taken directly from your German bank account — no PayPal account required.
Purchase on Account via PayPal Plus (Germany only):
No fees unless payment is late. Payment due within 30 days. This method is non-editable once selected and not eligible for gift items.
Amazon Pay (Worldwide):
Pay easily using your saved Amazon payment method. If payment fails, please contact support immediately.
Additional Notes & Refund Policy
Processing Time After Payment:
Though we aim to ship promptly, please allow 1–2 business days after payment for your order to be handed to the shipping provider, depending on order size.
Refunds:
Refunds are always issued using the original payment method. If that is not possible, our support team will contact you for alternative options.
